Hi there!

We’ve been asked a number of times if people can donate to us and at first we were hesitant because this is really just us trying to help. But people insisted that while they can’t donate time, they would like to help those who are putting in the hours. We humbly appreciate it and will do our best to represent where every dollar goes.

This website, the discord, weekly zoom calls, advanced articles, digest, resources, calculations, and all the other tools we have shared only exist because we have put lots of love into making them. When we started out, there was a lot of missing information on sake brewing and we decided to change that.

It’s incredible how much time and effort goes into building a resource like this site, organizing calls, translating materials, and answering questions in real-time on discord. It take a real toll on personal time. We're just a group of brewers who have full time jobs making sake or steaming up the garage on the weekend.

Any donations are pretty much going to help pay for the website, access to resources, set up events, or just fuel us while we work till 1 or 2am. This is a labor of love and if you can donate your time, contact us and please help!
