Sake Brewing is complex and encompasses a wide range of techniques, however, there are relatively few instructional resources in English or other languages. Our founding members were strategically chosen because they possess the expertise to build a shared knowledge base and the passion to see it to fruition. We treat all members equally, regardless of the size or scale of their organizations, and encourage members to share their perspectives while showing mutual respect.
