We believe that learning to make high-quality sake should be open and accessible to everyone.
Our Mission
Create an inclusive organization focused on advancing sake brewing best practices by teaching and supporting technical excellence, facilitating an open exchange of knowledge amongst participants at all levels, and removing barriers to learning including language, processes, and access to raw materials.

Learn from the people who have gone before you. We are bringing together talks from brewers all over the world to answer your questions and let you see behind the curtains.

Providing Materials for Learning
Sake Brewing is extremely difficult to master and when most of the materials are written in Japanese or reference non-standard forms of fermentation, confusion can occur easily.
Recipes for Every Scenario
Bodhimoto, Kimoto, Yamahai, Sokujo, Koon-toka, Chuon-toka, Kobojikomi… the list goes on and on. If you want to learn, we want to teach you.
Fermentation Tracking
The best strategy to a successful brewing career is a mixture of science and intuition. We’ll show you what you need to worry about and what you don’t. We’ll help you understand the fastest way to success and help you avoid mistakes we all made getting where we are.
